Starting your journey with us is simple. We’ve designed a streamlined process to get your tax and accounting needs moving quickly and securely.

For Individuals

  1. Check Availability: Reach out to us at [email protected] or 503-679-1290. We will let you know our current capacity for new clients.

  2. Onboarding: If we are moving forward, we will collect your full name and email address to send our Engagement Letter for electronic signature.

  3. Portal & Organizer: Once signed, we will set up your secure portal and send your Electronic Organizer.

  4. Submit Your Documents: Upload your files to the portal or drop off photocopies at our office location.

For S-Corporations & Partnerships

  1. Initial Inquiry: Contact us to confirm we are currently accepting new business entities.

  2. Formalize Collaboration: We will collect your business name and primary email to send over our Engagement Letter for e-signature. This is the first step to formalize our partnership.

  3. System Integration: Once the letter is signed, you’ll receive your portal invite. Please grant us access to your QuickBooks Online account or upload a backup file to the portal so we can assess your financial records.
